What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum Requirements: High school diploma with three to five years of experience in an office setting, preferably in the field of Human Resources.
  • Tech savvy: ability to learn multiple systems.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge and advanced clerical skills required.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable.
A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Assistant:
  • The HR Assistant will provide clerical and other means of support to the Human Resources Consulting team.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.
  • Data entry and record keeping.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving our client’s basic employee issues or conflicts under the guidance of HR Consulting Leadership.
  • Service clients, build relationships, contribute to the sales process.
  • Represent SIA Group in a responsible and professional manner.
  • Utilize agency systems to maintain and update client data and documentation according to procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • This position has the opportunity to grow into becoming an HR Consultant!
  • Complete other tasks and projects as needed.
