SHORE UP! Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Head Start program: The Ideal candidate will:
Provides administrative support regarding the workflow of the Head Start center.
Performs administrative duties that contribute to effective day-to-day program operations.
This includes handling incoming inquiries, maintaining filing and necessary documents, maintaining confidential information, attending meetings and recording minutes, preparing reports, preparing purchase order requisitions, coordinating inventory, ordering supplies, and account payable items.
Creates and provides reports.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, budgets, and audits.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. This includes prior administrative support performing the aforementioned functions. To apply go to www.shoreup.org
