ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
Our Leasing – Ancillary Income Internship was created to develop and invest in future leaders. The Leasing – Ancillary Income Intern is hired for a 10-week experience where they learn the fundamentals and gain exposure to a wide range of functional areas of specialty and short-term leasing. Examples of this type of leasing include pop-up shops, seasonal events, retail activations, production/film shoots, cell towers, EV charging, advertising, and more. During the internship, individuals receive training and work on a variety of projects that directly impact the NOI. Summer interns are immediately a part of our collaborative culture and build enduring relationships with leaders and leasing professionals, other ShopCore teammates, and their assigned mentor. Summer interns also have the opportunity to network with various professionals through organized social events. This position is based out of ShopCore's Chicago headquarters.
Our 2024 summer internship program will begin June 2024 and last through August 2024. To be eligible, you must be a college student during the time of the internship program.
