We are seeking interns that are influencers, creative, energetic, outgoing, and personable. Candidates must also have excellent design, graphics, organizational and communication skills and be able to interact within a team of architectural/engineering/interior design professionals. Opportunities include educational lunch and learns/seminars, participation in internal office design presentations and dialogues, and project site visits.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support multi-disciplinary team in developing designs, schematic sketches/diagrams, and documentation drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations.
• Utilize BIM software as a tool for design drawings.
• Prepare presentations, including graphic design and PowerPoint.
• Effective teaming within the project team.

• Familiarity in Revit
• Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office essential
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in an energetic and challenging work environment

• Education and Experience
• Working toward a BA or BS in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture, or Master of Architecture degree.
• Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

Salary Range(s):

• CA Other Areas $22.60 Per Hour - CA Other Areas $27.12 Per Hour Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC)

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
