We are looking for a Billing Specialist for our Service Department. This is a full-time position that will work directly with our Accounting and Service teams to help our commercial customers keep their buildings working.

Pay: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound billing for our commercial customers.
• Ensure all invoices are sent on time.
• Maintain Customer Service database in Coins software.
• Receive, enter, and track vendor orders.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians to ensure proper billing for all clients.
• Collections efforts on past due billing.
• Adhere to applicable laws and regulations around personal information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Training, and/or Education:

• Associate degree in accounting preferred. Experience can replace education.
• 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Payable.
• Construction Accounting experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of math and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel using formulas, sorting, and filtering functions.
• High level of attention to detail.
