• Review billing data for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and make necessary invoice adjustments.
• Perform regular accounts receivable reconciliations to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments, send reminders, and work with the collections team to recover outstanding balances.
• Generate billing and accounts receivable reports to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing issues and improve billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to billing and invoicing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline billing operations.
• Complete other accounting/billing duties as assigned.

• Work with the accounting team to support the billing, revenue, accounts receivable, and accounts payable areas as assigned by the supervisor.

• Preferably 3 years of proven accounting experience in two areas of accounting: either as an accounts receivable or payable clerk.
• Experience with tools like Stripe, Chargebee, and Inacct a plus.
• A foundational understanding of software, technology, or a willingness to learn.
• Intermediate-level experience using Excel.
• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict time constraints.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be a supportive and positive team member.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field of study preferred.
