At Image Matters, we are dedicated to leveraging technology and services to make our client's lives easier and businesses more effective. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled technicians to join our service organization as Printer / Multi-function Printer Specialists.

Image Matters Printer / MFP Service Specialists will be expected to…

• Possess a friendly demeanor and "client first" attitude.

• Work with the Image Matters Clients to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive client experience.

• Effectively communicate and interact with clients and all levels of IMI personnel in a positive, professional and courteous manner.

• Maximize equipment uptime through timely response and effective repair.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries.

• Handle and resolve client inquiries and/or issues with a high sense of urgency.

• Direct requests and unresolved client issues to a designated resource.

• Maintain records of client interactions and service activities.

• Follow up on client interactions and requests to ensure closure.

Job Requirements…

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.

• Experience in maintenance of office equipment and/or a customer service related field is preferred but not required.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer networks.

• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail, dependability and follow through.

• Electronics or Computer Associates Degree is preferred but not required.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization.

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs; lifting and transporting equipment parts and boxes.

• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping people.

• Outgoing, confident personality with ability to build a positive rapport with a variety of personality types.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment.
