Position Summary:
Customer Service Specialist's duties include, but are not limited to verify all insurance for new and established patients, obtain all authorizations for chemotherapy medications as well as procedures, properly track all authorizations and the expiration dates, handle all rejections and appeals, schedule all procedures, and obtain all PCP referrals when necessary,
Position Qualification:
High School Diploma
1-3 yrs.
General - Customer Service
Preferred
-Candidate must have basic knowledge of computers and programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Candidate must be able to multitask effectively.
-Candidate must be able to work well with others.
-Candidate must be able to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
