Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Inside Sales Team as an Inside Sales Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales performance. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, developing strategies to increase sales, and providing leadership and support to your team.

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

Essential Functions:

• Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Assist with counter sales as needed, providing exceptional service and support to customers in-person.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance and leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
