Full-Time Inside Sales Representative/Appointment Settter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Insode Sales Representative/ Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales appointments by reaching out to potential customers through phone and email communication.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to identify and engage with potential customers.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit for our products/services.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for our project specialists with qualified leads.
- Address any inquiries or objections and provide necessary information to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Record and maintain detailed and accurate information about lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure that all relevant lead data is up-to-date and properly documented.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some coursework in Business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or related role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
Shift: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm. This position is required to report to the Ashland, VA office.
