The Company, headquartered in Miamisburg, OH provides an installation service capitalizing on the growing need to build out the wireless infrastructure in aging technology structures in facilities throughout the country.

We are in search of a Director of HR/Corporate Services to support organizational growth by ensuring strategies are in place to support staffing, talent development, policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for incorporating strategies for human resources and corporate services that align with company growth goals. This is an in-office position.


Summary of Position:

This position will report directly to the Executive Manager and will provide both strategic and tactical operational excellence. The successful candidate will direct Human Resources, Administration and will collaborate with leaders, employees, and stakeholders to drive performance and create a positive work culture to include the corporate office and outlying work sites. As a member of the corporate leadership team, the Director of HR will collaborate with leadership team members to assure alignment in meeting company goals and will be hands on to assure a high-level of Human Resource department performance.

What You Will Do:

The Director of HR is responsible for creating and incorporating strategies for the company’s human resource and corporate services department in the areas of organizational structure, recruitment and staffing, talent management, training, compensation and benefits and performance management to support annual and strategic business goals. Specifically, key responsibilities and essential functions will include:

  • Implement and develop organizational development programs and projects, such as change management, team engagement, onboarding, retention and training and development
  • Participate as a tactical partner in the development of the company’s annual and strategic business goals to ensure HR strategies, policies and procedures support the organization
  • Measure and forecast HR and other diversity metrics
  • Recruit for high-level organizational roles and ensure the HR recruitment and selection process is performed effectively and efficiently in each phase from job posting through hiring
  • Maintain employee records, manage appropriate budgets and oversee employment processes
  • Provide guidance to leaders for all phases of the performance management and reward cycle including annual reviews, calibration, goal setting and reward planning
  • Direct the annual compensation planning process and perform salary surveys as required
  • Provide coaching, advisement and recommendations to leaders and employees as required
  • Build strong working relationships with employees throughout the organization
  • Work proactively with the leadership team to provide succession planning and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment and labor laws
  • HRIS management and oversee FMLA/Leave of Absence tracking, Safety and Worker’s Compensation programs
  • Coordinate the development, maintenance and application of procedures and policies to ensure excellent human resources practices
  • Direct and coordinate office services, systems and related activities
  • Partner with business unit and department managers to drive process improvements
  • Provide HR leadership, focus and support to Company leaders on major corporate initiatives to advance Company mission and goals

  • BS Human Resources or relevant field
  • 10 years of HR experience
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Executive presence
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations and employment law and HR practices; the ability to research, analyze, and interpret various data
  • Knowledge of compensation planning
  • Strong analytic skills and problem-solving ability
  • Proven track record in building and developing HR processes
  • Knowledge of HRIS system(s)
  • Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize work and manage projects.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
