We are in search of a Director of HR/Corporate Services to support organizational growth by ensuring strategies are in place to support staffing, talent development, policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for incorporating strategies for human resources and corporate services that align with company growth goals. This is an in-office position.
Summary of Position:
This position will report directly to the Executive Manager and will provide both strategic and tactical operational excellence. The successful candidate will direct Human Resources, Administration and will collaborate with leaders, employees, and stakeholders to drive performance and create a positive work culture to include the corporate office and outlying work sites. As a member of the corporate leadership team, the Director of HR will collaborate with leadership team members to assure alignment in meeting company goals and will be hands on to assure a high-level of Human Resource department performance.

The Director of HR is responsible for creating and incorporating strategies for the company’s human resource and corporate services department in the areas of organizational structure, recruitment and staffing, talent management, training, compensation and benefits and performance management to support annual and strategic business goals.
