The Manager, Employee Relations role is a member of a centralized coordination team within the People Strategies team. The purpose of this role is to ensure that Shawmut’s People Strategy practices conform with all legal and ethical requirements while driving an employee-oriented, high performance culture. This includes employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; policy development and documentation; and employee relations policies, procedures and practices.
