We are seeking a Bilingual Junior Paralegal to join our personal injury firm located in Charlotte, NC, and to work in close collaboration with our attorneys to enhance the client experience. Job type: Full-time in office position

Salary: $42,000 per year

Positions Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for clients and aid in making informed decisions
• Assist clients in obtaining medical care and support services
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties
• Manage case assignments, monitor progress, and maintain organized case files
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and senior paralegals
• Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations

Requirements/Skills

• Fluent in conversational Spanish
• Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Compassion for clients and a strong desire to assist
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
