Responsibilities:
-Supervise housekeeping team.
Make housekeeping boards & set RPM
Create Housekeeping work schedule (s)
Supervise and perfrom when needed (Inspect)
Track inventory/ report supplies needed to management
- Perform hotel room and suite cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Make beds, change linens, and launder towels
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies in bathrooms and common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements:
-Must speak english & Spanish
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in residential and commercial settings
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
