Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties and support including answering and screening calls, transferring to appropriate party
• Accurately enter confidential and time sensitive information regarding items such as incident reports, property management issues, tenant information, etc.
• Communicate with Police Officers & Sergeants regarding information needed

Experience Preferred:

• 2 years of related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
