Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with office management and project coordination. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining files
- Handling the Inventory process
- Process company purchase orders and data entry to the system
- Provide clerical support to various departments as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive informations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
