We are currently looking for a new teammates, someone who has integrity, dedication, and experience in general office tasks for the Administrative Assistant position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • First In person contact for customer, vendor, staff walk ins to the office.
  • Customer Intake with compassion – Obtaining customer information at a time the customer had some type of property loss – inputting information into a computerized dashboard and creating a customer file for the project manager.
  • Scheduling of Trucks and Equipment for service work with local mechanic.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned and review completed files for all necessary paperwork.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Light Accounting Duties – Deposit and record checks received, input invoices for review for payment, other light duties within Quickbooks accounting system – willing to train for this work.

Must Haves:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – compassionate and team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently and solve minor challenges.
  • Bilingual would be helpful but not required.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Clean criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
