Provide administrative support for learning and development programs in the Americas region.
Manage data for nominations, invitation and enrollment in learning programs,
Organize logistics for onsite learning events
Enters and maintains accurate learner information in HR system, in compliance with program policies and procedures. 
Includes course tracking, transcript updates, and troubleshooting as needed.
Communicate professionally with program participants, external vendors and internal company managers in a timely manner.
Prepare program materials in collaboration with marketing and external vendors, with responsibility for delivery and set up of materials and supplies needed at program sites or online. 
Oversees scheduling of learning programs in the Americas region.
Assigns, tracks and monitors progress of program participants and provides reports to stakeholders
Serves as logistics point of contact for participants before, during, and after the event
Maintains event documentation including records of attendance, program materials, and evaluations
Provides exceptional customer service to all employees by answering employee questions and/or responding to employee inquiries.
Supports the vision and mission of the company.
Perform other tasks and projects as needed to support Regional Learning team or HR group
