The pastry cook is responsible for the daily preparation, maintenance, upkeep and breakdown of the pastry station. The cook is to follow recipes provided by the department and also be creative and implement new ideas to the program. This position will service all guests needs and liaison with other departments accordingly. They must be able to communicate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless experience.
