Primary Purpose

Independently performs specific bank reconciliation and escheatment functions with limited guidance from others.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews various Sempra entity, SDG&E and SoCalGas a) bank account reconciliation and drives timely resolution of unreconciling differences noted, b) state escheatment fillings and assists with associated operational data certifications, reconciliations and state requirements (such as due diligence letters, RTO, audits, and collections).
• Serves as a Blackline and UPCS application subject matter expert, including system administration and updates, understanding associated IT logic, creating auto match rules, match sets, custom import definitions and control reports.
• Analyzes CIS, S4, SAP, ADP and other available source system data and considers how Blackline and UPCS applications and available IT tools (such as Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.) can be coordinated and used to enhance department processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
