If you are interested in learning more about the positions available with this exceptional company please contact our recruiters immediately.Overview: Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities for assigned project(s) in order to ensure that the books are closed on time, in accordance with GAAP, and without material misstatement, assisting with loan and contract compliance, SEC related filings and other reporting requirements. Responsibilities: • General ledger month-end close, recording of necessary revenue, expense and balance sheet related journal entries for fixed assets, accruals, loan draw downs and debt and interest payments, financial statement preparation (in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations)• Analysis and adjustment of income statement and balance sheet accounts• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts and analysis of financial statements, and general accounting support• Prepare schedules and support documentation as required to complete loan and contract compliance filings• Periodic comparative variance analysis• Research technical accounting issues and prepare accounting memorandums• Work closely with Asset Manager and personnel as necessary to ensure complete accounting, financial reporting, and analysis for group• Assist with the preparation of annual budget plan, and analysis, for assigned project(s)• Responsible for updating balance of the year forecasts for assigned project(s)
