What we are looking for: We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.
What you will be doing:

Data, data, and more data. You will be responsible for helping to drive marketing growth and demand generation by creating data-driven conversations. Take the gold mine of marketing data and transform it into key reports and dashboards. Spot trends, lead the discussion to actively adjust for great impact across the marketing landscape of activities.

So, what does that mean? As a Marketing Data Analyst you’ll dive into the systems to manage and cleanse data in prep for delivering reports/insights key to making data driven decisions impacting marketing influence on pipeline. Working across the marketing, sales ops the revenue operations teams to ensure all angles and data points are considered and leveraged.

Paint a picture of performance leveraging Bizible for multi touch insights; Salesforce and Marketo for lead acquisition, account activity and opportunity lifecycles; Google suite for web analytics and more! Key to success is your deep understanding of marketing, demand generation and web analytics, attribution, and tracking methodologies. And, you have knowledge on how marketing campaigns act as a lead generation and opportunity driver for the business.

 
Don’t be shy, run experiments, test ideas, and presenting findings that include recommended action plans to leverage the right mix of marketing activities that lead to Closed Won!

Impact You’ll Own

  • Manage ongoing data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation
  • Utilize core martech stack tools like SFDC, Marketo, Bizible (Marketo Measure), Google Analytics, etc. to understand and explain trends and drivers of key marketing metrics
  • Oversee marketing attribution for all marketing generated leads and contacts to ensure accurate campaigns tracking from all digital and offline sources
  • Maintain, build, and optimize proactive reports that answer key business questions in a timely manner including preparing scheduled reporting packages for key stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance.
  • Evaluate new technologies in conjunction with your manager to improve and optimize marketing and sales performance
  • Serve as on cross function revenue operations team, interfacing with marketing, sales, sales ops, finance, and other departments

What You Bring

  • 4 years of experience in B2B technology ideally experience working in Marketing Operations or Sales Operations focused on data and analytics
  • Expertise with marketing automation tool Marketo especially in operational processes such as lead lifecycles and data operations
  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling across multiple channels, preferably Bizible aka Marketo Measure experience
  • Proficiency of Salesforce with a demonstrated ability to build complex reports and dashboards without supervision
  • Candidate should be able to provide clear examples of what previous work, articulate the impact of the program and how they might do it differently if given the opportunity (for example: Oops, that didn’t work out as expected! What did you learn, how did you course correct?)
  • Advanced knowledge and skill with Excel, Power BI not required but a plus
  • Concise verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate complex subjects into key takeaways
  • Experience using project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, etc.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for finding insights in data, marketing, and cybersecurity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Be a self-starter, nimble, and motivated by a knowledge for developing the best possible solutions to problems
