Responsibilities: 

Conductregular comparisons of system invoices to customer remittances.

Generate invoices accurately and promptly, based onprovided data and billing guidelines.

Monitoraccounts receivable to track payments and overdue invoices.

Collaboratewith internal teams to resolve billing issues and address customer inquiriesrelated to billing.

Assistin the development and implementation of billing processes and procedures tostreamline operations and improve efficiency.

Generatereports and provide analysis to support decision-making processes related tobilling and collections.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in asimilar role, with a focus on data analysis and billing (if no degree, musthave at least five years of billing and data analysis).

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel,including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and datavalidation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Solid understanding of billing processes and procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently andprioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
