Your Impact:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst that has deep knowledge and experience in Excel and Snowflake to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for those who have a passion for delving into data, crafting intricate models, and seeing their insights influence real-world decisions. This role is pivotal to our upcoming and ongoing projects that demand meticulous prediction, analysis and management of pricing strategies and payroll impacting programs. The perfect candidate will possess an expertise in Excel, including the capability to construct macros, and an expertise in Snowflake for efficient management and analysis of data. Core Responsibilities:

• Data Model Development: Develop advanced Excel macros for complex pricing strategy models, enhancing our ability to make competitive and profitable bids. Design and build data models, data warehouses, and data marts in Snowflake.
• Data Management and Integration: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards. Support efforts to integrate data seamlessly between our internal systems including PowerBI, Salesforce, and Excel, improving efficiency in data handling and analysis.
• Strategy and Optimization: Work closely with the strategy and optimization team to develop and refine analytical approaches that support the company’s strategic goals. Conduct scenario analysis to forecast outcomes of different strategic options, providing critical insights for decision-making.
• Collaboration and Support: Serve as a subject matter expert in Excel and Snowflake, offering training and support to team members to elevate the organization’s overall analytical capability.

Core Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) in Data analysis or related roles, with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
• Proven expertise in Excel, including macro development and financial modeling. Demonstrated ability to transform complex data sets into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, particularly in data management and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across departments.

Physical/Work Environment

Remote with a preference in the following locations: Dallas, Texas & Atlanta, Georgia.
