Job Overview
In this position, you will act as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions specifically in the realm
of Client Operations. You will work as a liaison between the business units and IT Client Implementations department
team by identifying customer needs and translating those needs into workable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, Business Ops and Account Management teams.
Use analytical and technical proficiency to efficiently guide the client through the implementation process -
assessing business and implementation risks, troubleshooting complex issues, managing internal resources
to resolve product and integration issues, and ensuring our client's success in reaching their objectives.
Developing implementation plans and be accountable for informing and advising client stakeholders and
internal stakeholders of planning and progress.
Develop functional requirements for new and existing system, data loads, jobs, and processes.
Translate data requests from internal customers involving ambiguity into actionable tasks for developers.
Gather and document business requirements, system flows, data flow, data dependencies and functional
requirements for any projects presented to the team.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, solution analysis, and project kickoffs along with other Agile
ceremonies.
Manage inbound request queue, prioritize requests, and communicate with stakeholders.
Conduct quantitative analysis by creating ad-hoc reports/queries using SQL.
Support IT team governance, audit, and control process.
Manage and govern data documentation of solution, requirements, credentials, and processes.
Demonstrate technical leadership and exerts influence outside of immediate team.
Integrate technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for clients.
Own and manage the change management and release management process.
Special projects as requested.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
in lieu of degree.
Has 3 - 5 years of proven working experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst.
Thorough experience with agile scrum methodologies and running ceremonies independently.
Experience working with Jira and have the ability to write JQL to generate reports.
Technical expertise regarding requirements gathering, process engineering, technical documentation.
SQL knowledge required and ability to write Select queries.
Demonstrate strong organization skills and detail oriented.
Experience in Healthcare Industry is required.
Display strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; communicates effectively with all levels
of leadership and staff. Presents to executive sponsors occasionally.
Must demonstrate flexibility and excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete a variety of tasks
accurately with high attention to detail and creativity.
Develop, manage, and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels.
Ability to self-motivate and meet deadlines.
Intense desire to learn and grow within their career.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
