Business Analyst
Hybrid Position-Dallas, Texas

Foot Locker is looking for a Business Analyst in the Dallas Texas area to join their team! This position would be a 12-month contract to hire and is a hybrid model. They are looking for someone who can be on site 2-3 times a week in their Dallas, Texas location. This Business analyst will collect, analyze and standardize data so that it can be accurately mapped for gaps and inefficiencies. Experience with ServiceNow is needed to be successful in this role.
Essential Job Functions
- Act as a subject matter expert on data standards and practices.
- Accurately and concisely communicate data findings and action items, both verbally and in writing.
- Utilize best practice methods in all stages including data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate and perform information-gathering sessions with customers and internal staff to determine project requirements.
- Extract data through ServiceNow and report findings through dashboards to identify gaps.
- Cleanse the current data within ServiceNow.
Required Skills
- 2 years of Business Analysis experience
- 2 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience in data migration and data standardization projects.
- Proficient in producing data distributions, pivot tables and mapping data from a source to a target layout.
- Ability to document work, and have a keen attention to detail
