- Own POS systems; including data integrations and configurations into all backend and frontend systems
- Involves executing moderate to difficult analyst tasks, methodologies, tools, and systems.
- Participate in internal/external client and vendor calls to elicit requirements.
- Write and maintain detailed documentation of user requirements and the design/development of systems.
- Provide data analysis and mappings to incorporate new data sources into both new and existing products.
- Manually test, evaluate, and validate systems for business stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility.
- Participate in team ceremonies.
- Collaborate with customers and team members.
- Report progress regularly for tasks and assignments.
- Suggest new and innovative approaches to business solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- One ore more year of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Data Analyst position
- Experience including definition, analysis, documentation and design
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies.
- Skilled at querying data from a SQL server or other relational databases.
- Understanding of logical software design and architecture.
- Ability to utilize resources to keep up with new technologies.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Champion and adhere to company best practices
- Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
