Business Systems Analyst: Support IT and Point of Sale (POS) helpdesk duties for corporate office and restaurants to assist Tier 1/2 or escalated information technology issue troubleshooting and resolution; maintain internal PSC (POS Solution Centre) / Corporate helpdesk in-house ticketing system and coordinate support with third-party vendors and partners when necessary; maintain weekly reporting of outstanding PSC / Corporate helpdesk, POS menu, and third-party support items to assist and escalate for resolution or completion; support POS menu management tasks such as menu database programming, testing, communication, and deployment; maintain administration of IT related resources (i.e., contracts, documentation, policy, procedures, processes and support services); support and manage POSi menu requests through in-house ticketing system submitted by franchise / corporate locations and approved by Operations; coordinate with involved parties to confirm details, assign tasks and provide communication to support accurate and timely completion; provide support with configurating, maintaining and deployment of POS menu database ingredients, menu items, recipes, pricing, menu screens and buttons for National Menus and National / Local Campaigns; assist with POS Menu details or any field-level communication via email or company Intranet on behalf of IT to support menu deployments; manage and monitor internal data polling for POS reporting such as sales, menu, inventory and labor; manage and monitor ongoing third-party database, data polling and restaurant status / connectivity; maintain administrative tasks and creation of IT support and third-party contract database, contract records, documentation, policy, procedures, processes and communication via email, memos, company Intranet; maintain IT compliance and standards of hardware, software, contracts and support, which includes conducting audits, status tracking and reporting, notice communication, and engagement with respective parties; assist and coordinate accounting and invoicing needs for IT support services, third-party procurement/billing, and interoffice transactions; assist with the IT tasks and logistics to support new restaurant openings and ownership transfers for internal and third-party requirements; support necessary reporting, data and statistics for key projects, deployments, and initiatives.

Education Requirements: Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

Work Experience Requirements: Three (3) years of professional work experience in information technology including technical helpdesk and retail POS systems. The work experience should include POSiTouch POS software and POS menu management, Microsoft Windows operating systems and software, Payment Processing Solutions, digital and eCommerce ordering with Onosys online platform and delivery aggregators, Quality Assurance Testing for menu deployments in POSiTouch POS and QSR Automation software and compatible hardware for CSK Kitchen system upgrades;and experience with hardware, software, and networking installation and implementation.
