Business Systems Analyst Associate:

- This role is in a lending technology team
- Work across lending technology to guide and monitor TND initiatives
- Collaborate with various technical and application teams
- Manage releases and assist teams in overcoming obstacles
- Actively participate in Run (Support/Operations), Change, and End of Life programs


Required Skills and Experience:

- Experience with Change Management, Change Control Board (CCB) / Change Review Board (CRB), and release management processes and procedures
- Experience in supporting and managing the entire lifecycle of software systems, including ongoing support and operations, implementing changes and updates, and decommissioning obsolete systems
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
