Position Responsibilities:

The Northeast Region of our guarding division has an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist, supporting the Albany, New York branch office and district. This position is ideal for motivated and positive individuals with a passion for HR and experience with high-volume recruiting. This position assists with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, training, compliance, office management, and general administration. HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus but not required. 

Compensation:

This full-time position provides an hourly pay rate of $25.00 - $26.50, comprehensive benefits for both self and qualifying dependents, paid time off, 401K with company matching, employee discounts, internal and external developmental opportunities, and more.
