Summary

We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking an Operations Manager to support the JSP Endpoint Modernization Program. Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing endpoint modernization activities. The Operations Manager is the technical expert and manager for coordinating team activities.

• Plan, manage, and direct endpoint modernization activities.
• Establish plans and procedures to execute endpoint modernization activities.
• Establish customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Responsible for near term planning, day-to-day operations and staff alignment to execute operational tasks on schedule.
• Perform administration and operation functions as necessary in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
• Manage operational aspects of program activity, including cost, quality schedule, and personnel.
• Utilize ITIL, CMMI and other industry-recognized processes to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Generate various reports/deliverables, including monthly program status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel.
• Plan, organize, direct, and guide the activities of team members including processes, plans, and procedures.
• Review and approve employee and subcontractor timecards.
• Establish and manage customer relationships.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility.
• Demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing endpoint modernization activities.
• Demonstrated management and supervision of employees.
• High level of technical skills in desktop environments.
