Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with specialized expertise in hormone

therapy to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong

clinical background in endocrinology, gynecology, or related fields, and demonstrate

proficiency in diagnosing and treating hormonal imbalances across diverse patient

populations. This is a Part-time position with potential to become a Full-time employee.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate hormone levels,

symptoms, and medical history.

● Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and

patient preferences.

● Prescribe and administer hormone replacement therapies, including but not

limited to bioidentical hormones, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and

thyroid hormones.

● Monitor patient response to therapy through regular follow-up appointments,

laboratory testing, and symptom assessment.

● Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and potential side effects of hormone

therapy, as well as lifestyle modifications to optimize treatment outcomes.

● Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians,

pharmacists, and other allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and

comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

● Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

● Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas.

● Certification as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or

Women’s Health.

● Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on hormone therapy

preferred.(BIOTE)

● Proficiency in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as hormone

level assessments and thyroid function tests.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

counsel and educate patients.

● Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of

advancements in hormone therapy and related fields.

● Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a

multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $99,542.66 - $119,879.34 per year

Expected hours: No less than 18.50 per week
