ENDOCRINOLOGY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Health By Design, a Medici company is seeking a full-time experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner. Will travel between four clinic locations (will not typically work at more than one location per day), providing care to retired San Antonio First Responders. Unique, all adult patient population! Our beautiful state of the are health and wellness centers offer a variety of services including on-site physical therapy, health and nutrition coaching, mental health care and more! Our Providers practice value-based care (NO fee-for-service), in an environment that is well-supported with RNs and LVNs. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. No late hours, no afterhours charting.
