We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Provide primary care services to patients, including physical examinations, health risk assessments, and diagnostic tests.

2. Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive and individualized care plans.

3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and integrated patient care.

4. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance.

5. Manage chronic illnesses and coordinate specialty care as needed.

6. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with patient needs and regulatory guidelines.

7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medical records.

8. Stay abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the medical field.

9. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

2. Current and unrestricted licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care NP, or Licensed Practical Nurse.

4. National certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective care plans.

6. Exceptional clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.

7. Strong knowledge of disease prevention and health maintenance practices.

8. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and make critical decisions under pressure.

10. Commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to healthcare laws and ethics.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
