We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our direct pay family medicine clinic in San Antonio, TX. As an integral member of our clinic, the NP will play a key role in working with our team to deliver high-quality personalized healthcare services to our patients. The NP must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages in person and via telehealth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and health promotion.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, focusing on patient empowerment.
• Prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, and interpret diagnostic results within the scope of practice.
• Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote optimal wellness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other allied health professionals.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
• Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements governing advanced practice nursing

Pay: $50.00 - $56.00 per hour
