Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services
• Participate in discharge planning for hospitalized patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems

Requirements:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license
• Master's degree in nursing or related field
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices
• Current DEA registration if applicable

Salary to be discussed during interview:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
