Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Education and Experience:
Required: High school diploma 1 – 2 years customer service experience
Preferred: 3 years of customer service experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the outside sales department with order entry, order status, pricing, follow-ups, and any customer needs.
2. Provide timely and professional responses to all customer emails and calls, including new order requests, new quote requests, part inquiries, expediting requests, and order status updates.
3. Enter orders and quotes in an accurate and timely manner. Follow up on orders and quotes until billing receives them.
4. Resolve customer requests and concerns by collaborating with teammates and management.
5. Complete minor parts and technical cross training as required.
6. Monitor specifically assigned accounts.
7. Maintain accurate customer records.
