All-Side Roofing - Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple lead sources, meticulously tracking and entering leads into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, following a script to set warm appointments, and handling inbound calls with the aim of setting appointments. This role demands an individual with exceptional listening skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Monitor various lead sources and accurately track and input leads into the CRM system. Ensure all lead information is up-to-date and correctly categorized.
  • Appointment Setting: Utilize provided scripts to set warm appointments with leads. Modify approach as necessary to meet the specific needs of each lead.
  • Handle all Inbound Calls: Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Listen attentively to understand the caller's needs and set appointments accordingly.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain the integrity of the CRM database by ensuring all information is accurate and current. Regularly audit entries for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a genuine willingness to help. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand the specifics of each lead and facilitate a smooth transition from lead to customer.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep detailed records of activities and outcomes. Report on key performance indicators and suggest improvements to processes and scripts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for experience in a CRM or sales environment.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand and articulate customer needs effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new job responsibilities.
  • High school diploma required; College degree or relevant certification is a plus.

  • This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits
  • Training will be provided to familiarize the successful candidate with our CRM system, scripts, and processes.
  • The role requires the ability to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate our customers' schedules.
