Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Bilingual skills in English and another language are a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
