Role Overview:As we delve into the ERP Analysis phase and commence resource and schedule tasks, the Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success. Reporting to the Digital Lead and serving as the Project Lead and Scrum Lead, this role may be filled internally or externally.

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in executing the technical goals of the SE Federal ERP project as defined by the Business and Digital Leaders. This individual will ensure alignment with the business needs outlined by the Business Lead team, driving the project to successful outcomes. Acting as the Scrum Lead, the Project Manager will optimize resource utilization within the company, overseeing various Scrum Teams and steering their deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate PI Planning
• Ensure coordinated communication and drive accountability mong all Teams
• Drive the Release Process, Cadence, and Ceremonies
• Gather and Report Release Metrics
• Identify, solve or escalate major impediments hindering team progress
• Conduct Scrum of Scrums and support Scrum Teams
• Promote process improvements at the Release Level
• Act as a communication liaison between Teams, Solution Owner, Program Manager, and Stakeholders
• Support Risk Management efforts
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
• Plan Feature Integration / Program Integration reviews with team and product stakeholders
• Manage Day in the life Testing
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums
