Role Overview:As we delve into the ERP Analysis phase and commence resource and schedule tasks, the Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success. Reporting to the Digital Lead and serving as the Project Lead and Scrum Lead, this role may be filled internally or externally.
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in executing the technical goals of the SE Federal ERP project as defined by the Business and Digital Leaders. This individual will ensure alignment with the business needs outlined by the Business Lead team, driving the project to successful outcomes. Acting as the Scrum Lead, the Project Manager will optimize resource utilization within the company, overseeing various Scrum Teams and steering their deliverables.
