Founded in 1993 with corporate offices in Columbia, Maryland, Costello Construction is a mid-size award-winning commercial construction contractor primarily performing projects in Maryland, Virginia, and DC. With a typical range in contract value between $10M and $135M, many of our past projects have been recognized for their excellence in project performance and/or design. Examples are the National Museum of Health & Medicine, the Silver Spring Civic Building at Veterans Plaza, the Silver Spring Library, the Enoch Pratt Library addition, and Little Patuxent Square.
We build only the highest quality projects safely and timely. We owe much of our consistent reputation for quality construction to our approach to self-performance. We typically self-perform about 30% of the work on our projects, including all site work and concrete work. Completing projects safely and on time, every time, and within the allotted budget and the highest quality is Costello Construction's standard.
