Role Description
Scaleup seeks a driven, passionate, and resourceful team player to develop and execute customer innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working within B2B environments, preferably technology ecosystems, with a desire to support equity and economic mobility for diverse-owned businesses.
This role will develop, manage, and execute Scaleup’s programs and toolkits that support the growth of small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with the desire and potential to achieve $100M in annual revenue. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, sales, product development, and customer support to meet customer needs and business objectives.
Key focuses include attracting, growing, and supporting SMBs, as well as working with enterprise partners on economic equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. We are open to hiring candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone, with preference to those in the Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA, metro areas. Some travel is required.
