Theideal candidate typically has both Commercial RefrigerationExperience (WalkIn Coolers / Freezers ReachIn Coolers / Freezers IceMachines Parallel Rack Systems (not required) etc.

CommercialKitchen Repair Experience (Gas Ovens Fryers Boilers Dish machinesetc.) or preferably a combination of both. In markets where theneed for technicians is critical the company will considercandidates who have experience in Commercial or Residential HVACservice / repair.

Please note all candidates for Service Technicianroles should have their Universal EPA license unless they havesignificant Commercial Kitchen Hotside Repair experience.

Technician Pay : $3245 / hr ($67000$94000 / year) Potential Bonus Dependent onMarket

Schedule : Exact hours differ by market 7 : 00am4 : 00pm is typical. Rotationaloncall. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary depending on acandidates market.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshootsand repairs commercial kitchen and refrigerationequipment.
• Inspects thecommercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment and their relatedcomponents to ensure safeoperation.
• Communicateswith customer and branch staff regarding status of repairs toensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicatedwith customers.
• Completesservice tickets according toprocedures.
• Tracks truckstock to ensure needed parts are stocked onvehicle.
• Sustains servicevehicle tools and uniforms to companystandards.
• Sets a positiveexample for less experienced and / or new technicians by being aCompany advocate.
• Followsall company policies and procedures particularly regardingsafety.

Qualifications :

• Validdrivers license and acceptable drivingrecord
• 35 years of relatedexperience
• Superb customerservice skills
• Dependableand able to workindependently.
• Standardcomputer skills
• Ownindustrys standard handtools
• Ability to travelextensively within theregion.
• Ability to worksome nights weekend and holidays for oncall rotation with yourdepartment (frequency varies with departmentsize)
• Mechanicallyinclined with a hunger to learn new techniques andapproaches.
• Universal EPAcertification preferred.
