For Service Technician rolesthe ideal candidate typically has either Commercial RefrigerationExperience (WalkIn Coolers / Freezers ReachIn Coolers / Freezers IceMachines Parallel Rack Systems etc.

Commercial Kitchen RepairExperience (Gas Ovens Fryers Boilers Dish machines etc.) orpreferably a combination of both. In markets where the need fortechnicians is critical the company will consider candidates whohave experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC service / repair.

Please note all candidates for Service Technician roles should havetheir Universal EPA license unless they have significant CommercialKitchen Hotside Repairexperience.

Schedule : Exact hours differ by market 7 : 00am4 : 00pm is typical. Rotationaloncall every 34 weeks. Occasional overnight travel may be necessarydepending on a candidatesmarket.

ExperienceRequired : Employer is looking for a minimum of 2years of Maintenance HVAC Commercial Kitchen or Refrigerationrelated technical experience.

TechnicianDuties :

• You will leavefrom home each morning and independently work at customer sites tocomplete performance checks on commercial foodservice equipmentincluding refrigerators ice machines ovens fryers and completebeverage equipment preventative maintenance emergency repairsinstallations andremovals.
• Completeinservice training of customers staff on proper cleaning and dailymaintenance ofequipment.
• Effectivelymanage time and resources to control costs enhance efficiencies andmeet customercommitments.
• Attendappropriate technical and manufacturer training to obtainadditional licenses and certifications to progress in yourcareer.
