Santa Cruz Plumbing is a family-owned and operated business serving the Santa Cruz and Greater Bay Area. Our team is knowledgeable, courteous, and dedicated to people solve their plumbing issues efficiently. We proudly offer a wide range of services throughout Santa Cruz County. We're looking for a customer service oriented team player to help out in a busy plumbing office. Responsibilities include answering the phones and helping out with administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Answering the phones and providing quality customer service for the company.
Help create and maintain a daily, weekly and monthly schedule for all service plumbers on staff.
Take credit card payments and log payments in system, follow up with customers regarding past due payments.
Copy and collate paper applications to maintain stock as well as other administrative tasks as directed.
This position is full time Monday – Friday 8AM-4:30 PM. Compensation
