Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Oversee treatment and care of clients seeking treatment for substance use, mental health, and mood disorders
- Running clinical groups, providing individual therapy, and providing family therapy/support for clients in programming
- Overseeing treatment plans and progress for designated case load
Compensation: $56,000-74,000 Annual Salary

Our program is specifically designed for teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our whole person treatment program helps teens learn healthy coping skills and resiliency. We are looking for a licensed clinician to provide individual sessions, run therapeutic groups, and provide family therapy for the clients in the program.
- Clinical Licensure in the state of Illinois is required (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) * Provisional Licenses will also be considered
- Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, or residential setting.
