Clayton Residential Home is an industry leading organization as a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facilities (SMHRF) in the Chicagoland area. Clayton Residential Home is currently accepting applications for the Clinical Supervisor position.

• Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of behavioral health professionals- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support professional growth and development- Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in accordance to the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Joint Commission standards- Collaborate with other departments of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care and ensure continuity of services including outside agencies in accordance to the Williams Consent Decree- Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services provided by the team

• Provide recovery-based treatment interventions with residents utilizing a harm-reduction, motivational, and strengths-based approachSkills:

- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in behavioral health
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and clientele
- Strong organizational and time management skills
