ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Program Manager , you will be responsible for:
Systems Management: LMS

    • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) setup and content deployment.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the LMS is optimized for effective learning.
    • Monitor LMS analytics to track learner progress and engagement.
    • Provide support for LMS-related issues and improvements.

Systems Management: Community Platform

    • Oversee the setup of the Community spaces and learner enrolment.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the Community Platform is optimized for effective communication and collaboration among learners.
    • Monitor the Community platform analytics to track learner engagement.
    • Provide support for technical-related issues and improvements.

Community Management:

    • Cultivate a positive and engaging learning environment among learners.
    • Facilitate communication channels, forums, and live office hours for interaction.
    • Ensure learner queries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.

Data Management / Program Analytics & Reporting:

    • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that the LMS is equipped with the necessary analytics and tracking capabilities.
    • Define the data points / key metrics that need to be tracked throughout the program.
    • Analyze the collected data to gain insights into the program's performance, learner engagement, and effectiveness of instructional content.
    • Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights to the team for informed decision-making.
    • Use this information to make data-backed decisions and implement strategies to enhance the program's overall quality and impact.

Stakeholder Management:

    • Establish strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, and experts.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to align course objectives and program goals.
    • Communicate program updates to relevant stakeholders.

Program Management

    • Develop a detailed program roll-out plan with clear milestones, timelines, and responsibilities for each stage of the learning journey.
    • Track progress, identify potential bottlenecks and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Program Monitoring & Evaluation:
    • Coordinate learner feedback collection & program evaluation to inform the program design and delivery.
    • Develop innovative ways to improve the program delivery and implement these with the support of relevant stakeholders

Program Playbook:

    • Develop / contribute to the program / team playbook to document program processes for use by other program teams / future cohorts.

People Management:

    • Ensure responsibilities, KPIs and OKRs of all team members are clearly defined and shared.
    • Update team on key decisions, communicating effectively and on time.
    • Drive the hiring process for technical mentors and CAs/interns.
    • Coordinate the onboarding and training process for all new team members.
    • Regularly provide feedback on deliverables and performance, adequately supporting and challenging the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes and experience leading people related functions.
  • You have a high level of accuracy and a strong attention to detail. You pay close attention to all of the small particulars when working on a task or project.
  • Experience with managing large cross-functional complex projects/programs, coupled with a detailed understanding of the risks and milestones to cross.
  • A demonstrated ability to problem-solve and rapidly follow-through on deliverables.
  • Strong collaborative capabilities: you are a team player and can influence your peers to drive results.
  • Humility and openness to feedback: you proactively seek feedback for improvement and have an insatiable curiosity and hunger to grow.
  • You have a self-starter mindset and are comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
  • You are comfortable leading and executing in a fast-paced working environment with tight precision.

KPIs:

  • Program Show-up Rate (i.e. % of enrolled/confirmed learners who "show-up" / log in to the portal at least once during onboarding).
  • Program Activation Rate (i.e. % of enrolled/confirmed learners who submit milestone 1/complete onboarding).
  • Program graduation/retention rate (Target: minimum 5% improvement from baseline cohort over cohort during growth phase).
  • Program NPS and CSAT.
  • % of active learners who complete the placement self-reporting form.
  • Average learner quality/composite score.
