We are stepping up our game at the new, waterfront, full service 357 room San Diego Mission Bay Resort on beautiful Mission Bay and want you to be part of it! Now completely renovated and re-imagined with 45,000 square feet of newly renovated, flexible meeting space, a superb bay-front location: the sky is the limit for our catering business.

The Catering Service Manager is responsible for the coordination and servicing of all Social Catering events. This opportunity includes:

• Effectively handle multiple events
• Maintain personal organizations systems for files, office, Delphi and paperwork within departmental guidelines.
• Contact client and maintain effective communication throughout planning and while on site to ensure successful event.
• Upsell F&B, gifts, amenities and decor.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B to customize menus, as necessary.
• Assist client with all aspects of their event(s).
• Maintain communication between client and hotel
• Ensure all aspects of client event(s) exceed expectations and memorable experiences are created!
