San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful renovated pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Bartender to our Mission Bay Family.
As a Bartender you create, prepare and serve classic cocktails and exciting new beverages. Your friendly, energetic personality will be the face of the bar and lounge. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties. We are looking for new team members to work various shifts, AM, PM and weekends to service our various F&B areas.
Working at one of our 3 resort bars, you will have the opportunity to craft drinks at the quintessential San Diego destination resort.
•Solrisa: Brings the vibrancy of Mexican food and culture to the poolside stand at Mission Bay.
•Plaza Del Sol: Craft cocktails and shareable small plates, surrounded by palm trees and shaded by suncloth: Plaza del Sol is the centerpiece of the property.
•Covewood: Pacific breezes and fire features create an intimate indoor/outdoor atmosphere for indulging in the local bounty at Covewood.
Requirements
To be successful in the Bartender position, you:
- Have experience in a similar size hotel. We look for candidates with full service hotel/restaurant experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel/restaurant.
- Seek to work in a beautiful hotel where you constantly meet new people.
- Are eager to learn and take pride in your work
- Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile
